Dude tight left handed goalie
-
@sueee13 its in slowmo fuckass

The triangle fits the arch... one more step and he'll be on the pipe just like in a 5 point arc. The triangle just helps to split the field and cut down angles.
-
@PrimeSportsTraining but it doesn't help goalies to show bad shots on cage "practice like u play" so showing them bad practice techniques by shooting on a goalie terribly isn't ganna help anyone
-
Those shots are slow as tits. I could block those and im a middie
-
good video. but it is a better idea to have the goalies hands together. very key and helpful while trying to get the faster shots
-
Damn this video reminds me of one those old ass educatonial videos you watch in school or drivers ed.

@clockstopper77 wall ball, practice getting the ball in and out of your stick quick WITH a good pass. practice your speed and sticks skills while your dodging
-
instead of saying just 'triangle', I would say 'triangle arc', it helps keep people less confused cus there's differents arcs such as: 5-step semi circle arc, 4-step triangle arc, flat 3-step arc, etc. Just saying 'triangle' is just kinda odd. But good vid none the less.

arch is better this vid is weak if players shot this slow in a game first graders could play HS nets vid is weak

Wow....instead of just having negative comments you should realize there are many ways to complete goalie techniques. You should write the way you think works as well so everyone can learn.

im a lax goalie and this vid is ok but i like to use an arch

You should use the arc most of the time. This is a trick to be used only when a midfielder is dodging from the top.
