Hubblecast 07: Supernova Explosion: Hubble Uncovers The Veil Nebula.
The NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope has uncovered magnificent sections of the Veil Nebula - the shattered remains of a supernova that exploded some 5-10,000 years ago. The new Hubble images provide beautiful views of the delicate, wispy structure resulting from this cosmic explosion.

there is also free thinkers on other planets in the universe :) i hope they do a great job with there " young civilisation" and try to save them from delusions :))
Yep, me too...! I think that if much more adavanced civilizations exists somewhere, they are "godfree". We are a too young race to get rid of all our delusions... But it will come, soon.
i admire your courage in saying this. I too think we have some time to get over the poison of religion. although we have no proof that god, lord, magic teapot in the sky or whatever, does or does not exist, religion and faith causes blindness and conflict. but I am agnostic so if god, lord, magic teapot in the sky or whatever does exist I will except it and be satisfied with the actual proof.
We need to acknowledge, though, that there may be centers in the brain whose function is to instill a sense of religiosity or spirituality. If this is the case, it will not be the mere task of abolishing religion but instead finding a logical noncompetitive expression for that part of ourselves.
lol, its such a shame the universe is so huge we can't even comprehend the scale of it. Imagine if Star Wars was actually real in some far away galaxy?
