lol no guide needed, just gently stretch your foreskin as far as it will go without pain.

then when it reaches behind the head use mild scentless soap to retract the foreskin back over the glans, as the foreskin is very tight when it reaches this stage and might get stuck behind the head.

Also i'd suggest using medical gloves in preparation, as touching a newly exposed glans will be very uncomfortable at first. Due to it never have been exposed to that before.

I can fully retract my foreskin when flacid but when erect I find it very tight and uncomfortable, also finding it hard to clean :( help anyone?

@blundt1 They cut it off or they give you steroid cream to place on your skin and then you beat off.. it they only way. you have to stretch your foreskin to get it to wrok right

@liammustang1996 Just see your Dr. he will send you a Dick Dr. He or She, I had a she :) will look at it and ask what you want to cut it off ( the foreskin) or get steroid cream. Get the cream at it to the skin when hard and beat off. it will work and help you with in two weeks

At 15 (which I still am), I retracted my foreskin once, when I was erect and I noticed the tip of the prepuce widening. I have physiological phimosis, I believe, as the experience was very cumbersome and impractical. Halfway through the retraction, I noticed that what probably was part of the glans looked squezed into an almost spherical shape. I wasn't previously aware of my phimosis condition and as such did not practice stretching my foreskin. Will medication help if I was born with this?
