I don't see a problem with this at all either. They came up with a creative way to help students remember information. Plus, it's one day. It's not like this is a daily teaching technique. Also, it's not like professors haven't cancelled class before or haven't wasted a lecture by going off topic or passing out papers. Stuff happens. I wish one of my professors reached out to us like this! :)

Yeah sorry vet school is a lot more than $1800 a semester. I have an idea for you, tell Mrs. Pickens and OSU administration to let the vet school teach and do their research. You can do "analytical thinking" all you want, but without hands on training you will never learn what you need to. Until then keep on playing!

Actually, vet school is about 7 grand a semester- Price you pay for a quality vet education

How about "excite" students? Word choice aside, I think we have some pretty creative faculty for thinking this up and putting it together.
