STIR FRIED FRENCH BEANS
1 tbsp Ching's Secret Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce
150 gms French Beans cut into 1 inch pieces
1 tbsp garlic chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp oil
Method:
Blanch the French beans, drain and keep aside
Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and stir fry for about half a minute. Add all the vegetables and mix well. Add Ching's Secret Soy Sauce, Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce, white wine to the vegetables and mix well. Adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
