I regret taking a week off from wushu class. I just realized that missing one class could make such a huge difference, because I definitely do not look or feel as energized as I normally do!

Anyway, I focused more on trying to keep my left leg up while doing the jump kick, but I'm still struggling a lot with that. Any advice? (I'm the one wearing all black)

Note: We finished learning the broadsword form already, but I cut out our broadsword practice because I had a horrible stomach cramp right after these warm-ups. *(T_T)*

  • How come you are allowed to take video in the middle of a lesson lol.

  • ok, a promise is a promise ^_~

  • Just to say, don't worry, most people have the habit of doing this, when running into doing a spin kick, don't stop before doing the kick. I'm serious, it just kills the momentum that you've built up and you have to work harder to get the kick. start running up and when you're about to spin for the kick, picture it this way..you're progressing ground level and then going up diagonally when you jump and kick...once you spin to kick, make sure it's above the shoulder and quickly straighten like a
