Report:
A good start from the Dublin side but they fell behind against the run of play as it was the Coole that had most of the opening fifteen minutes of ball but in their very first attack United scored!! Game flowed back & forth as both sides tried hard to keep the ball on the deck with a strong wind around, Leixlip stretched their lead early in the second half with a little help from a mistake from our defence. Changes were made with twenty minutes too go as Rathcoole had to go for it & both subs (Carney & Kelly) changed the outcome of the game in which they added a hunger & bite to the home side, Carney laid the ball off too an on rushing Tutty who fired home from the edge of the box for Raths first goal, then Kelly down the right wing beat his man & cut the ball back for a tap in for centre mid Timmy Bradley, a great come back was complete but Leixlip were the team holding on in the end, if the lads keep playing like that as they did in the second half then they should pick up a lot more points than recently

Kind Regards
