Hey, What can you say? The USA is generous to a fault? I would say if the AID goes to killing Commies and Muslims it is a good thing: If not then cut off the AID .. and I agree the USA should terminate ALL AID that does not give direct and tangible results directly to American interests!

A wealthy country such as israel with 7.5 MLN people gets 8 BLN worth of aid. Georgia a country of 5 MLN received around 1 BLN to rebuild after a 5 day war. UK receives 8 BLN worth of aid. You are digressing again! Its a far cry from a country that receives aid, to a one that spends "10% of it's GDP on pet food" to feed it's populace.
