Well it certainly does take all kinds to make the world go round. I think it's good that we have school systems allowing everyone the opportunity to learn. Even if they don't take that opportunity, It should still be there. Really, we need to change our school sytems to accomodate different learning styles, which miiiight help some of these more 'delinquent' types. As for the "gang bangers" they're just kids looking for thier place in the world.
