The first recording of Glenn Burleigh's song in 1992.

This song has been recorded many times, but this video is the first recording of the song after Glenn Burleigh completed the composition.

The recording artist on this video is Soprano Barbara Tucker and she is singing with Betty Ransom-Nelson at the Good Hope MBC in Houston, Texas.

yes that is Glenn Burleigh on the piano. I remember singing under his direction in my teen years in Omaha, Nebraska. He truly had a gift from God. Every song that he wrote comes from the Holy Bible. I was blessed to have known him.

  • It was both of them singing soprano. tucker is colortura and bettye is lyric so it blending well but watch the video and there mother and u can see who hitting what note at what time

  • This My Song And I Love To Hear Opera In The Church House

  • Is this glenn burleigh playing

  • Thanks for this blessed video. I remember when this song out back in the day! They don't make gospel like this anymore! Amen!

  • She is a true soprano. She has sung in many operas. She sang at Carnegie Hall. It is always a joy when I attend anywhere she sings. She realizes her blessings from God and travels internationally spreading the talent God with which God has blessed her. She is my cousin and we spend a lot of time praising God! We have for as long as I can remember.

  • Thank God I was there front and center. What a truly Holy Ghost filled night. Hallelujah!!! Love Betty..love Ms. Tucker...love all my church mommas', love all my brothers... love and miss Glenn. We shall always be what was Good Hope.

  • There is a distinct difference in voices! Dr Tucker has a rich operatic voice and high soprano and Dr Nelson has a softer voice soulful voice, u can definitely tell which is singing when & Barbara always seemed to get the higher note. Not saying it was a battle but if u really listen every high note Dr Nelson hit, Dr Tucker stepped higher. I love Dr. Nelson she added something significant to the song
