On this topic - I find it quite sad that even most IT professionals are unaware of the very simple adjustments which can be made easily and at no additional cost in every major OS today to assist many in their computing activities. Every major OS today features size, contrast, mouse/cursor, text read out, magnification, On-screen keyboards, etc! Computing has come A LONG way from the mid 90s. But, sadly - most are unaware of the addaptive power of today's computer OS platforms.
