this story is based in one verse on the bible, JOHN 3:16. Our pastor used this movie once in his preaching. Nice but touching story :)

This thing actually happened in India,on Pamban bridge ,located in Tamil nadu ,India.
It is rumoured that certain loco pilots (people driving trains) have seen a mysterious man,holding human remains close to his chest,believed to be the remains of his son's dead body :\

@Alice75Bloom the boy falls into the bridge gear while attempting to lower the bridge. Then the father with a horrific choice lowers the bridge, so the boy was crushed inside :'(
