@johnsnake71 thanks i just figured he meant hit alt and then something else i already got it to work though :) thanks for trying to help anyway I appreciate it

@bpierce566 He said "hit alt, on computer". Check your keyboard, and then check space, then look left or right, and you can see a button that says "Alt"

For everyone who don't have tools/folder options in my computer , you should go to : START/CONTROL PANEL/APPERANCE AND PERSONALIZATION/FOLDER OPTIONS ! I hope i helped you !
