Just out of curiosity, why is beef so expensive in South Korea? I find that pork and chicken are usually cheaper. I've never purchased brisket before... is it a cheaper cut of beef? How much does it typically cost per kilogram (am I using the correct unit of measurement?)

It's because the land is small in korea.. and it's not easy to raise cow which means.. Koreans don't have that many cows as America has.. that's why it's expensive.. I've been living in USA for 4 years.. so I don't know how much the beef cost in Korea now.. sorry..^^:
