I don't have the patience to read all the comments, but this song is a play off of the Break Up Song and is about having a good time with Armand de Brignac "Ace of Spades" Brut Champagne(comes in a black and gold covered bottle). Basically he is saying this champagne is the shit, when it's around everyone has a great time so he could forget about everything if only just for the night and/or when ACE of Spades(the black and gold) is involved...Outty 5000
