  • ya biceps are not important the triceps are, they improve your hitting power, plus the biceps only make up 33% of your upper arm

  • Yeah, biceps don't throw your punches, but they bring your hand back and bringing your hand back quickly is VERY important in a fight.

  • thank you, namaste

  • so like what if your a chick and you have some big ass boobs?

  • my chest got huge from doing tons of push ups!, i thought push ups were a martial arts friendly exercise, but i guess to much of anything is bad.

  • Aww this is dissapointing, having a bigger chest is not good but it looks better

  • Since I like working on my punches... I work on my legs, abs, lats, shoulder, and triceps...I also do forearms though ...this guy knows his stuff

  • any one else wanna see him in action lol

  • @ShowYourWorking This grandpa could probably kick your ass. Don't doubt what he has to say just because of his age.

  • The triceps are more important, for the reason that biceps are the muscles that pull the arm in, and triceps are the ones that push the arm out, improving punching speed and power.

  • 1 guy had big chest
