Take it,this machine either doesn't have a threading gear or is worn hince the reverse feed to keep repeatability.

I've seen that part many many times when breaking down our cone crushers at the quarry I used to work for. I'm sure if you google Nordberg Cone Crushers you'll find what this part comes from. The threads are used for setting the output size of the crushed rock. Nice video.

Not a metric thread at all. It is a 2" pitch buttress thread in a rock crusher adjusting nut.
