  • @Thates2002 I run in addition to this. This isnt ONLY what I do for a workout. I do this before or after lifting, then I run on off days. I also do some of Mike Changs other fat burner workouts, His site is awesome. check it out. sixpackshortcuts

  • For someone who needs to lose weight, would you say m100 is very effective? For weight loss purposes, should it be done just once a day or more?

  • @uss017007 I would say yes it's very effective coupled with regular running and cross training. By itself you will not see results very fast.
