A Tipping Point for Videoconferencing

The Center for interactive Learning and Collaboration (CILC) has devised a new service which supports schools with videoconferencing capability. In this clip, Kings County Office of Education (California) staff describe how the CILC Content Dollar Bank has provided the tipping point they needed for teachers to embrace the technology. Setting up a CILC Content Dollar Bank allows the school personnel to have oversight of expenditures while CILC manages the account and invoice payment.
