Emerging Fine Artist Danny Campbell paints about a sensitive subject regarding the exploitation of African-Americans through the American media during the 40's and 50's. His artwork incorporates sterotypical images of Little Sambo, Aunt Jamama, and other negative depictions of African-Americans. Danny uses these historical icons and images in his artwork to make a point about how harmful these negative images can be a race and society in general.
