This is our first full day on the ground in South Africa with our Week 2 team. We started the day at the Apartheid Museum, and found out the electricity went out around 1/2 hour before we arrived. As a result, we ended up having our tour guides from Charity and Faith take us around the outside of the building and share personal stories from Apartheid.
We then visited Pillanesburg National Park to see some of the beautiful country and many animals. The team is excited to visit Mamelodi tomorrow, and get to work on Monday.
