It's basically different patterns over chords that resolve down a 5th. Kind of like permutations .....

Is there a name for this warm up? I heard many play it but no names or specificity on how to play/what it is.

Nice tone and warmup. Got to learn that. Love the way you transitioned into the different styles or articulation of the 5ths.
