Hey man looking awesome, hardly look offseason, look within striking distance of being on stage. Might sound corny but the smile is gonna win you some points at your next comp...conveys confidence and the judges like to see that you're enjoying yourself. You own the front lat spread, and I'd recommend hitting near the start and end of your routine. Rear lat spread could be extended out some more though and keep targeting your bicep peaks!

Thanks bro, trying to improve both on biceps and back. Next show will be in May, so hopefully the time from now till then will serve well in improving my physique.
