Notches carved out of the bus window sills; proves knives are being carried on London's buses.

On the 1st July 2011, a teenager in southeast London was murdered by youths carrying knives on a 96 bus. This same bus runs the route too!
Yemurai Kanyangarara, 16. RIP.xx

Not enough is being done about knife crime!

Two potential policies could do magic here in the UK, London in particular:

1. Ban asylum applications from countries with a culture of 'revenge stabbings' and a history of such criminality in the UK. Also introduce family deportations for the entire family of an offender; maybe now the families will care what their offspring and siblings are upto.

2. Reintroduce penal servitude for offenders who have used a knife. Jobs such as grave digging, sorting recycling by hand, generating electricity by pedal power, planting trees and mining coal for export to China should be imposed for offenders for the full term of their sentence; working in chain gangs guarded by a firing line.

In response to the human rights act, how about a draft amendment/exclusion:

"Individuals living in the UK have the right to a safe environment, and the reform policies of the government may be as harsh as necessary, to quell extreme epidemics of murderous violence that threaten the safety, values and culture of the British public. Families posing more of a threat to the British public than they face in their home countries, shall see their 'indefinate leave to remain' and 'deportation ban' under the Human Rights act quashed. The above also considered; penal servitude that follows normal health and safety rules shall not be considered a contravention to human rights."

[MPs] I thought most of you went to Oxbridge. Why could you not think up something to similar lines and pass it through parliament? I seriously doubt the Queen would veto this safety net for British society. I suppose it is only a PhD doctorate that really requires you to think outside the box and come up with something new.
