@ShadowAssassin887 This is a pre-release class image that existed when the Scout was originally meant to use the SMG instead of the Scattergun. Before the SMG, he was meant to have a Nailgun as a weapon, but it was, more or less, recycled into the Syringe Gun for the Medic.

Did you use GCFScape to open the GCF? You'll find it in sound, then UI (I think)
