@pradababe89 I totally agree with you on that. I'm not arguing that rappers not sample music. As an eclectic, I usually enjoy cross-genre collaborations. What I do want is that rappers give credit as to where the music was sampled from. That's the main reason why EDM fans get so angry.

@haguilar84 I never heard of such news, but I would galdly want to check out the article or news you go this message from. =) By the way I love Calvin Harris, I heard his music through gossip girl..lol..However, I hope rappers and many other people will consider addressing the credits that other artist deserve.

@pradababe89 granted, some rappers are embracing the EDM scene (Tiesto - Three 6 Mafia and Avicii - Flo Rida), but for the most part, rappers believe that EDM isn't as popular in the U.S. as the rest of the world, so they can "take credit" for their beats. However, EDM is getting really big this year, and listeners are taking notice of the similar sounds. I say this as both a hip hop and EDM fan. Hip hop can elevate itself with better beats.

@pradababe89 No sir/madam. Chris Brown didn't have Calvin Harris in the production credits for Yeah 3X until AFTER the controversy over the similar sounds between it and I'm Not Alone. Nick Cannon was set to release I Remember as a promotional single for his next album, and it wasn't until deadmau5 called him out on it, asking for credit for him and Kaskade on the song did Cannon acknowledge them, albeit Cannon was trying to play it off as if he had permission all along.

@haguilar84 I also love the fact that hip-hop and rap is no longer consume with boring beats. So with the help of great DJ's can really improve the way some artist are stearing their music. Im also very sure, the dj who marvelously came up with this song, was happily enough to let it be a part of Jay sean and birdman, because it will also help others to reconize their music as well. It's all bussiness, and they both benifit from one another.
@juslivelaughlove this song would be nothing without the brilliance of Deadmau5 & Morgan Page
