Annual musicfest held in the beautiful mountains of British Columbia where dinosaurs once roamed or so their fossils and remains seem to say. Most of these performers are from Canada, young and old except Platinum Blonde who came from across the big pond (80`s Band) As I am a music lover there was no way I would stay in the back to video all the performances.Anyone who knows me can attest I have to be in the vibe ,and NO I was not on drugs or drunk although I am sure some might have thought so,LOL !

Music MOVES me and there is nothing like live performances especially from bands who have been a part of this generation for so long and are such consumate musicians,I admit the Kids with or without Crowns were AMAZING and so sweet with their fans!

Tumbler Ridge is full of well-maintained Hiking trails,a Golf course and Camping(which most people do for the whole weekend) Helicopter rides daily!

Performers for the weekend were:

Sharon&Bramm( Elephant Show)
Kim Mitchell
These Kids Wear Crowns
April Wine
Platinum Blonde
Safari Jeff
One More Girl
STREETHEART
Fefe Dobson
Down With Webster

Battle of the Bands winner, our own Dawson Creek `What the Moon Brings`way to go boys !!!

All in all both myself and my 13 yr old had a blast,it was truly something for all ages, well done Tumbler Ridge !

  • @exweed1 ermmm thanks i think, lmao ! It's all in the vibes man ;D

  • crap camera excellent sound and i saw the same show 1 night prior at regina casino

  • @jakaethesnake What a nic, hoser ;D Terrible wobbly camera work but it's all YOUR fault,I just couldn't hold still. You know, I've met Trooper, April Wine in bar settings but I was always a Streetheart fan, have loved every song you ever played. Was a miracle to me that you came here, never thought in a million years to meet you all in this decade. Was an honour for me and NO I am not a groupie kind of gal at all,its the music, pure and simple. The fact you guys are so human was the icing on the cake !

  • Hey-nice vid! LOL. We sure enjoyed our time at Grizfest, although it was far too brief! TY for the lovely props.

    :-)
