Sorry if I sound mean but ...your drawings need a little work and you should really put some shading in...The animation as a whole is pretty good though.Just remember that the humans are not just flat and their is grativity on earth so when she is moving , her clothing should show movement too. Also not even if someone uses a whole can of hairspray nobody's hair can be that flat and straight. Sorry , if I sound to harsh, I really hope this helps :D

it doesn't really look like ANIME... (even though you never said anime anywhere) but it's extremely well animated and the girl sorta has her own charm...
