Nice effort, but i dont think anyone is learning here. If you really want to know your stuff you need to learn your energy systems at a molecular level - this is far too basic.

americans eat too much protein to begin with, taking creatine to boost muscle mass will have negative health impacts over time. Also the only reason people take these supplements is to get "big", but (and I know creatine is not a protein) getting big is not necessarily healthier. Just look at WWF fighters who have died (steriods), pro weightlifters die by the time their 50-55. It doesn't take a genius to make the connection that supplements harm your liver over time. Supplements=moneymaker.

What is moderation, what is excess ? 1 Teaspoon a day ? For who ? For a 100lbs woman same as for a 200lbs guy ? The problem is not only the dosis, but more the duration of the intake. No words about that ? nonsense video.

you are retarded for one creatine does not by any means help endurance and your telling us OHH DONT OVER LOAD ON CREATINE you havent even told us a recommended amount i can understand it damaging if you take too much of it but how much is too much....
