  • They have mechanisms, they are just not sure which one is correct. But the experiment showed we could produce neuclaic acids and ribose sugars in said environment. Later experiments have shown RNA can self replicate, and also have shows using certain mineral beds as a substrate for polymerization can remove the problem of having both L and D ribose sugars in the mix. So I'd say we're doing rather well.

  • There is plenty of evidence. The exact mechanism is as of yet unknown and is currently being researched in the scientific community, but there is plenty of evidence.

RNA can be synthesized when organic matter like that found in comets is exposed to energy(lightening/UV) in a reducing atmosphere. If you don't know this then you are the one ill equipped to engage in this discussion.

  • Hahaha! He says, "This is a falsification of evolution." It doesn't matter to them. I have a video called "Radiometric Dating Flaws (K-Ar)"... I explain in detail the sample they're discussing. Read the evolutionists' comments. They still make excuses and hurl insults. It doesn't matter how much obvious evidence is against the evolution theory, they're still going to believe it no matter what, because they don't want God telling them what to do. (2 Peter 3:3 -- "walking after their own lusts")

  • Yeah, the whole geologic column is bogus.

I laugh everytime I hear evolutionists use their "escape route" in debate. "I'm not a biologist so I could tell you blah blah blah," "I'm not a chemist so I can't explain blah blah blah"

It's a shell game. You have guess where the evidence is because they always pass it along to some other "field of research" when they don't have answers. Evolution a carefully protected, state-funded, religion... many people have swallowed it hook, line, and sinker.

  • again, you are quite obviously wrong.. everyone knows the raven god Odin is the one and only true king of the gods, and of course i worship him.. silly heathen!

  • I'm not mad at all,it's just sad to see what indoctrination has done to people like you. Those that indoctrinate you look at science as a game. They try and see how far they can push the limits of naturalism before they have to look to the supernatural. Many scientist know that there is no reason at all to believe what they teach, just that the alternative is God and that He can not be allowed to get a foot in the door. That should tell you something if you're honest with yourself.

  • i have to disappoint you that your anger only fuels the fire of your being almost entertainingly wrong

  • I have an education, the difference is I don't have an indoctrination like you. Now,you need to get an EDUCATION.

  • Go get an education.. really, it would serve you well to know more about chemistry and biology if you wanna talk about such things as evolution and abiogenesis at all to actually understand the basics :)

  • If abiogenesis were true new life should be springing up everywhere in our life friendly enviornment, but that's not what we see. Many experiments devoted to this have been tried all over the world, but all have failed and face it you must have life for it to evolve even if evos claim they are only about how life changes instead of how it got here.

  • If debaters and researchers would just learn to stifle (or otherwise sever) the link their egos have with the subject matter at hand, I believe a more fluid and productive form of debate will emerge naturally.

I realize this is difficult because of the highly personal nature of this subject but I am positive it is necessary to the extent that true resolution, in whatever form it would take, will be lacking from such discourse until this has been accomplished.

  • Alot of Theists tend to 'fill-in' their own view when a topic strays from their realm of knowledge. All men do this, though some to a lesser extent.

It is more or less impossible (in my view) to be abreast of every development even if the subject matter never deviates from one topic. Unfortunately, men like Hovind feel it is in the best interest of the stance they represent to imbelish or twist certain facts to be on the intellectual high ground. This is reprehensible in a debate format.
