  • sorry but that was slightly wrong, ATP is the energy source that muscles will use during contraction once ATP has been used it will be converted to ADP once ADP has gained another phosphate it will turn back into ATP and can be used again, it will happen in a matter of seconds/minutes and you can not be FULL OF ADP lol, Creatine helps sustain high levels of ATP therefore more energy for muscle contraction, it also draws water into muscles making them slightly inflated
