This is a social experiment to see what age bracket Justin Bieber attracts

New Light Ruins is a folk/rock trio made up of three childhood friends from California. Remy, Sterling and Isaac met at the age of nine at a summer camp, and although they lived in different parts of California, they maintained their strong friendships and began collaborating musically in their teen years.

After graduating high school, the three moved to Los Angeles together, during which time they worked, and continued to develop and test their musical creativity. In the summer of 2008, they participated in a summer program together that brought them to Israel and India for the first time. There they began to write and perform original music for crowds of tourists and locals on street corners and in cafes.

They were very well received as people were drawn to their uniquely intimate musical style, and to their personal and passionate live performances. Beginning the following summer in 2009, Remy, Sterling and Isaac spent another seven months traveling together through Israel and India, and went even further on into Nepal, Laos and Thailand, where they continued performing their music for the backpackers of the Asian/Israeli traveler-scene. In the past two years New Light Ruins has recorded two full length albums and has grown a loyal following extending around the world. Since returning from their seven months abroad they have recorded their 2nd album, "You Are Home," and they are now turning their focus statewide in California.

Each of them being Jewish people who believe in Jesus, their experience together in Israel and on to India made a deep impact on them and inspired their second album 'You Are Home'; their commentary on their spiritual and relational journey on redefining "home".
