I saw the police being surrounded by the guys involved and the officers keeping their arms out to keep a safe distance. One hits the arrestee's thigh after he assaulted an officer but where is the police brutality part???

I agree with redmikcrate. This is another video that abuses the use of the word "brutality" in the title. Not only did the suspects show that they were un-willing to co-operate with the police but they also showed that they are willing to be violent both towards members of the public and the police... In my opinion this is in no way a form of brutality, rather just the police attempting to gain control of a violent situation in any way they can. Unfortunatlly that sometimes means using violence.
