You also need this to put in the ePSXe bios folder for it to work which you can download here: http://www.emuparadise.org/biosfiles/PSX_Bios_SCPH1001.zip

Just go to ePSXe folder//bios//and then drag the scph1001 folder into it.

@XAllyX90 you have to slow down the fps. it's in video config i think. it's been a while since i had that issue

@smax503 when you open the ePSXe folder, you will see another folder in there called 'bios'. drag the scph1001 file into it.
