@corporacionmonstruo What he doesn't really mention is this would be done in a combat situation where your opponent would already be in motion. You really don't need to do the turn anyways to post the technique. Keep in mind, now you should not be trying this at home as it is a neck breaking technique, very very dangerous.

@Leendoncasti Nope. He repeatedly stated that this is illegal. If you paid any attention, you'd realize that he's teaching you a move on how to incapacitate or kill someone. It's not a choke but it can do damage to your face, head and neck.
