http://www.directfix.com/category/iPh... presents the Apple iPhone 4S teardown and screen replacement directions. This will give you step by step free video directions on replacing a screen assembly, battery and other parts for the iPhone 4S. This will help you remove the iPhone 4S screen for replacement or repair. The iPhone 4S screen is a complete screen assembly which means that you can not replace just the LCD and you can not replace just the touch panel on the iPhone 4S. The iPhone 4S LCD and Touch Panel are fused together at the factory and can not be separated. The complete screen assembly is available at DirectFix.com. The iPhone 4S screen is the same for all the carriers. They are only specific on the iPhone 4 models.

It can be lot easier if you only slightly loosen the screws with the washers as they can be annoying to get back on. Screen will still come off easily!

Agree that does work sometimes. Other times we end up having to take them all the way off.

Agreed, it can be a hassle putting the new screen on the Iphone with the screws still attached, especially because of the bolts between the screws and the frame.

Thanks for the awesome video's btw, they are one of the best on YouTube!
