Android Tablet 8" (rooted/swap) current usage PT1

Eken M003 Android Tablet running custom Caffeine ROM 1.7.4 root enable and 256mb swap on 8gb microsd card with 100 swappiness setting on Swapper app. Booted at 600 ma with 6.8v (7.2v normal) external battery pack. Internal battery completely dead. Multimeter test current pull of Eken M003 with wireless hack for TXPower set to 100 in this video. Current usage ranged from 770-850 ma after 10 min of activity.

-Open terminal and type free no swap
-turned on swap using Swapper app
-verified with terminal
-opened 6 different browsers,
-all 6 browsers, terminal and other apps stayed ON in swap
-tried to play a video, last few minutes
-climbed to about 850 mA full wifi usage

PT2
Tablet benchmarked but only 630 ma current drain, almost no difference from idle power usage.
Turned off wifi 200 ma less
Adjusted brightness 200 ma less
FBReader no difference in night mode.
