The sort of person who would post youtubes on Facebook claiming the Jews ran the Third Reich, is featherbedded on the Debra Medina Facebook page yet Ronald Reagan, Barry Goldwater and Tea Party conservatives would be hounded on that page. If this woman is not hugely incompetent or lazy, one might reasonably ask questions such as for example, is Debra Medina a neo-Nazi ?

The question is: What is the tariff schedule, you mention, harmonized with? Since it is created by the World Customs Organization, which is a product of GATT, it is obvious that the tariff schedule is harmonized among the member nations.
Tariffs as provided for by the founders were to provide revenue for the US, and hands the American people the reins of their economy. Surrendering American management of tariff rates to a world government is unconstitutional and un-American.
