Bradford Reszel, winning Chicago Tribune solo contest and singing introduction to "Angels We Have Heard on High" at the Songs of Good Cheer 10th annual caroling festival, held at Chicago's Harris Theatre on December 19, 2008, hosted by Tribune columnists Mary Schmich and Eriz Zorn and performed with the Old Town School of Folk Music band.
I'll make the first comment. This is my son, and I love him and am proud of him. What a great experience! The talented band from the Old Town School of Folk Music and Eric Zorn and Mary Schmich, the Chicago Tribune's best writers, were all great people. They made the whole experience--from the rehearsal Dec. 14 to the concert Dec. 19--an unforgettable life experience.
