Joyce Meyers just reached through the television and set my heart and fire and healed me in only one sermon. I love you Joyce Meyers, I grew up in a family without God. I guess I was the only one that really loved God, which inspired me to sing praises to His name. I love your courage and direct talk. I needed support and you made me feel like I wasn't alone. With God's blessing and your push over the edge, I knew you were real and I could have faith, that I am not alone. Love Always-Sarah

The "Great Commission" applies to Men AND Women! Allow the Holy Spirit to guide you and spread the Gospel. A person who hears the word and gives his or her life to Christ doesn't much care if he heard the Gospel from a man or a woman. Just Spread The Gospel!! May God Bless Joyce and Dave Meyer.

I believe that God is perfectly fine with her teaching and changing lives, because He's allowed her to impact millions. She doesn't claim to have authority over her husband or any other man; she submits when necessary. And remember just what she said at the end of the video: "We ALL have a part in this...'Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature' is EVERYBODY'S job."

I don't mean to sound hateful, but I believe God is fine with her teaching.

God bless you Joyce! =)

A Christian man of God respects women who preach the word as women do their men as I do respect you here/now, whomever you are & I respect that completely. Please study the subject completely and then debate it with w/ God's Love in Your Heart. You cannot pull out 2-3 verses and fully understand it's meaning if it is not studied. You're saying: if your a man and listen to the word of God coming from a female your going to Hell or what exactly are you saying anyway? CONTEXT CONTEXT CONTEXT

You are taking Pauls comments in this book out of context. To understand you must study the era these people lived in. Some interpret this passage to mean that women should never teach in an assembled Church such as you are suggesting. Priscilla taught Apollos, the GREAT (male) Preacher (Acts 18:24-26) Paul also frquently spoke of other women who held positions of responsibility in the Church. There are many, do you want Books, Chapters & Verses?

That's like referring to cor 6:6 to say there can't be homosexual christians is pulling it out of context, which I hope you don't end up suggesting.
Scripture cannot contradict scripture, in context my verse can only be taken one way, just because Priscilla taught him, scripture never says it was appropriate.
How would you interpret the verse "I do not permit a woman to teach or exercise authority over a man."?
