Online shopping has many advantages

These days, with all the competition and the poor economy, the preferred method for shopping is fast becoming that of shopping online. I don't know about you, but other than the fact that I like to be able to see what I am purchasing first, especially with electronics, shopping in stores is fast becoming a dinosaur. Then there is the job factor, which should be considered from the retail point of view, which I am sure can be absorbed into a production and supply arena. Online shopping has many advantages in front of walking into a department store, although I am sure there would be some that may disagree.

Regardless of what you need to fill on your shopping list, whether foodstuff, Potash, lead and soda, you should be able to get it online. But think of the other advantages, less retail stores will mean, less stealing by unscrupulous customers, and therefore the loss factor would be less. While jobs may be lost in dealing with the customer, there would be less stress as the only thing that employees would be required to do is to fill orders which would come through the computer. The need for phone operators would naturally increase, just to deal with customer complaints, however, as with many other situations, that can be farmed out to a company that deals strictly with that sort of service.
