Chicken John's 1975 pickup truck runs on coffee grounds or walnut shells or anything else that can burn. And not only does it run on trash, but it's a carbon-negative vehicle. Seriously. The truck itself is completely unmodified. Chicken just added a gasifier to it. In this video shot at Burning Man, he explains how it works. The Cafe Racer: the car of yesteryear . . . today!

@NoMercyJustCruelty: It burns walnut SHELLS, not walnuts. A ton of walnut shells goes for $40, which is equivalent to 133 gallons of gas. That works out to 30 cents a gallon.
