  • No one wants to limit the rights of law-abiding gun owners -- but guns are too easy to get in PA and they need to better tracked so that guns stay out of the hands of people who cannot legally buy guns -- the dangerous criminals.

  • More effective laws to control the flow of illegal guns are what so many people in PA want right now -- the governor, several mayors throughout PA, public health officials and families of victims. Controlling access to and availability of illegal guns is a good start in cutting off the supply to criminals.

  • No one is trying to take guns away from legal owners -- just out of the hands of criminals and black market buyers who aren't legally allowed to buy guns, for very good reasons -- such as, they're convicted felons.

  • Most legal gun owners don't have a problem with the laws Mayor Nutter is proposing, in Phila. or the whole state. It's the felons and black market criminals that need to be stopped, by these laws.

  • A limit on gun purchases helps stop guns from getting to the wrong people though. The newspaper reported that one guy in Bucks County bought 50 guns from different shops in and sold them to drug pushers and gang members. It's too easy to buy and sell guns in PA.

  • @MomsAgainstGuns

So it is "The Dangerous Ciminals" that is the problem. but let us find a way not to deal with them first !

    Right !

  • Rendell is full of shit, another politiscum that can't kiss enough Black ass and another millionaire Jew (ref: Schumer,Feinstein,Bloomberg etc.) that's more than willing to overturn 2A(I) to garner Boog Hood votes.

Also, if Straw Purchases are the problem; why aren't the Straw Buyers busted and locked up?

These scums won't dare call out the REAL problem, the scummy Hood Rats, because, God Forbid, that would offend da baybee Mommas an Grannies that spawn the scummy bastards and provide the votes.

  • He's way to excited about that. Makes me never want to go there. You do that boom! Headshot!

  • Rendell makes me ashamed of PA.

  • @edv177 You got that right!

  • i glad this old fart is out in 2011

  • well i agree with most of what you are saying but i believe(at lest miltias) should have fully auto weapons because that only makes the american people a little bit weaker agianst the fedral Goverment. Its not like i didnt fully unsupport the fully auto bann though i just wished they made it a state laws insted of fedral law. beacuse then we can do more experiments on little laws and see witch is the best.

the fedral goverment just doesnt see the potential of states rights

  • @ZackAttack261 Unless your a gun trader/dealer Who needs to buy more then one handgun a month for legitimate purposes? Like i said originally as long as they don't prohibitively price, or regulate who can be a licensed dealer then the law as stated is only going to limit criminals abilities. It doesn't stop their ability, but limiting it can at least reduce the speed at which more guns enter the black market.

  • @ZackAttack261 The assault weapon ban was pretty stupid, because an assault weapon though very similarly named as assault rifles are two very different things. You can still buy fully automatic weapons up to heavy duty machine guns as long as you have proper federal and state licensing/registration so collectors and admirers of heavy firepower can still collect, and enjoy them.

  • @GhostInTheShell29 back in 1980 when fully auto weapons truned ilegal the crime rate with assault weapons did not drop. in fact it is almost same as it was back then.

and the founding fathers still wont care beacause they put the 2nd amendment in their because they did not want the goverment to have to much power and today the military and criminals are the only ones with fully automatic weapons

so all the little gun laws their puting out is bullshit
