WC?B learned this song a while ago, but, until RECENTLY, they rarely play it. I've heard it many times in the past couple of months, and each time they announce it as a song they don't usually play, but I think that's beginning to change. Apparently all you have to do is "request it" especially if you are a member of Rude Mechanical Orchestra or another marching brass band. I've been thwarted many times by having my camera battery die JUST before they play this, so when they started it, I had to pull out the video camera and record it--even though I missed a few notes at the beginning.
