It sounds like listening to church bells when you walk or worship inside a cathedral. It sounds beautiful. Being a clock collector want to be, I would love to have one of those Herschede grandfather clocks. I've never seen one of those in person but hopt to see one in person sometime in m life

I too have a nearly identical Herschede model and I think mine was made in 1950's as well. My was restored a few years ago. the only difference is mine has a 6th tube that hangs in front of the one on the far right.

That's amazing! I have exactly the same Herschede clock. Same movement, chimes, case, everything. Mine was produced in about 1963, I think. Nice vid, thanks for posting.
