I got one now it's called iconpackager but it cost money so I'm looking for a crack and I'm using trial right now

Well I already know how to do this but how do I change the folder icons globally(change one causing all icons to be that same picture)?

Most icons are found here:
C:\windows\system32\shell32.dll well hope that helps.
