Есть такое мнение, но я с этим не согласен. Тем более, баночный массаж - это не одно и тоже, что постановка банок без движения.

Its actually called Chinese cupping massage. Normally a small fire is lit in the glass to create a vacuum then quickly placed on the clients skin to build up pressure to improve the tension (compared to what is shown in this video) as 'gentryboi100' below has said.

This video is a very mild version of cupping.

yes basically the suck from the glass is use to pull the muscle up into an akward position so that tension is built up and then when they are taken away so is the tension and the feeling of relief is had along with a relaxed muscle

Интерсно было ознакомиться с Вашей работой.Занимаюсь тибетским традиционным маслячным массажем Ку-нье,большим разделом которого является банночный массаж.Техники схожи использовнаие восмерок,растяжек от центар к перифирии...но дорогие мои!!!О какой проработке и гнлавное чего...идет речь если вы так быстро водите банкой?

Можно даже взять стекляную банку что когда то ставели их от простуды, бронхита! Этот массаж улутшает кровообращение!!!

Гипертоникам категорически запрещён баночный массаж!!!

Two ways;

Either you get plastic ones with the release,

Or you get better with your timing. You have to light it, let it burn inside to create a vacuum, then immediately put it on your skin.

There are some vids on youtube that use cupping, and you can see how little time there is between the burning and the application.
