@Analyze84 I think the problem here is that Rex has only been doing this for a couple of years. Derek has been at it for a long time, has performed before, etc. Rex was 10 when this was shot.

You show me -any- 10 year old who can get up in front of a big crowd at vegas and not be nervous, and I'll eat my hat. Nevermind a 10 year old, autistic, developmentally disabled kid.

before you start talking about age why don't you do some research on young Buddhist monks who are 7 to 9 years old preforming all over the globe .... plus age has nothing to do with anything what about all the young child actors out there or all the your musicians out there

i would say that after watching rex his biggest problem right now is figuring out what all this sound is in a completely black world ... his other problem is that he is not being taught how to express himself he is only being taught how to play what others want him to play

.... his mom is a control freak i mean just look at her, she has no idea how to allow someone to be them self, because i am a firm believer in the fact that no matter what age you are, you can always be taught something and thinking freely and expressing yourself can be taught starting the day your brain can remember things .... again if you don't believe me look up Buddhist philosophy and what it has done for young "kids"
