These feature DOND contestants who knocked down the top prize as their first pick would be $1 Million! The first person that you are about to see had picked the top prize as the second pick(that's the introduction of how instantly the top prize would be wiped out as a contestant's first pick of the game). Mike was the second contestant on DOND who picked the top prize as his first pick! The first contestant who was a man knocked down the $1 Million as his first pick took the deal worth $44,000 and just found out that he had $200,000 in his case! There were two recent episodes of the Deal or No Deal show which a black woman and a white man had picked the top prize as their first pick!

That is far from true. The first contestant to lose the top prize on the first pick was Rebecca van de Ven on May 3, 2006. Concidentally, she also picked case 8 as her case like Mike, opened case 13 which contained $1,000,000 like Mike, and took the deal of $9,000 like Mike.
