Duke's Waikiki bartenders Jesse Greenleaf and Amie Fujiwara created this great afternoon sippin' cocktail for a family Mother's Day brunch. Mint and basil fresh from their backyard garden, at-the-time-new-to-the-market pear vodka, a few dashes of a locally-made ginger syrup and Chinese candied ginger put a unique twist on the ubiquitous mojito. The result? A phenomenal mix of sweet, fresh and zingy—just like their mamas!

Created by Duke's Waikiki bartenders and authors of "The Cocktail Handbook," Jesse Greenleaf & Amie Fujiwara

From old classics made new to creative libations infused with Island flavors, "The Cocktail Handbook" presents Hawaii's coolest cocktails—most never before published—shaken or stirred and served up with a splash of aloha!
